A set of three type systems that explore optical illusions, perceptual instability, and kinaesthetic effects to simulate motion within static letterform sequences. Drawing inspiration from the Kinetic Art and Op Art movements, these systems investigate the ways in which typography can evoke movement through linear interference, pattern frequency and directional distortion. The resulting forms animate language through the interplay of successive glyphs.
